This pack includes 20 battery packs and 20 white LEDs.
In this lesson, students learn the basics of a circuit. They start with basic components - battery holders with batteries and on/off switch and LEDs. make one themselves using a battery and an LED. Concepts covered in this lesson include conductivity, insulation, polarity and resistance.
The lesson plan includes a hands-on activity as well as open-ended questions to help facilitate discussion and discovery. A student worksheet is included for reflection.
